According to numerous studies, every employee would like to be recognized by the team and supervisor in the workplace. This can be both material and non-material encouragement. Today we want to talk about Usetech’s experience.
Our company has its own gamification-based loyalty program, which allows motivating and rewarding employees for their activities. Employees perform certain actions, for which they receive internal currency. It can be spent on equipment or branded items.
In addition, there is an annual employee award at the end of the year, where employees receive awards from the hands of the CEO.
All of this allows employees to feel their importance on the project and their need for the team.
