Usetech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bahwan Saudi, strengthening its partnership network in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

For Usetech, the MoU marks another important step in building a stronger regional cooperation model around practical technology delivery. As Saudi Arabia continues to accelerate digital transformation under Vision 2030, technology partnerships are becoming increasingly important for organizations that need to move from strategic priorities to working systems, measurable outcomes, and sustainable execution.

Bahwan Saudi operates in Saudi Arabia as part of the Bahwan CyberTek ecosystem. Bahwan CyberTek is a global digital transformation company established in 1999, with capabilities across predictive analytics, digital experience, digital supply chain management, AI, IoT, smart city solutions, road safety solutions, security solutions, software development, and integration. The company has delivered solutions across multiple regions and works with sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecom, Power, Government, Banking, Retail, SCM, and Logistics.

The MoU creates a framework for Usetech and Bahwan Saudi to explore areas of cooperation where both companies can strengthen each other’s technology and delivery capabilities. Potential areas may include applied AI, data integration, digital infrastructure, smart city, smart manufacturing, operational automation, and industry-focused digital solutions.

For Usetech, this cooperation is also aligned with the company’s broader MENA strategy: developing long-term partnerships that help adapt technology capabilities to real operating environments, sector priorities, and regional execution requirements.

“Saudi Arabia is one of the most dynamic technology markets in the region, and partnerships here need to be built around practical value creation. This MoU with Bahwan Saudi gives us an opportunity to explore how our capabilities can complement each other and support customers with stronger, more integrated technology solutions. For Usetech, it is also an important step in expanding our regional cooperation model and deepening our work in the GCC,” said Ruzan Harutyunyan, Regional Head MENA at Usetech.

The signing reflects Usetech’s continued commitment to expanding its presence in the MENA region and working with partners who can help bring advanced technology solutions closer to the needs of local enterprises, government organizations, and industry leaders.
