With over 15 years of international experience across IT, energy, and sustainability, Ruzan has built a career at the intersection of technology and systemic change.

Ruzan is an expert in strategic planning, high-level negotiations, and multi-stakeholder project execution, with a proven record of leading high-impact initiatives throughout the GCC region. Her background spans corporate governance, responsible AI adoption, innovation management, and sustainability.

Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Political Science, focusing on behavioral insights and how technology, policy, and human-centered strategies can come together to drive meaningful, lasting transformation.

Passionate about collaboration and knowledge exchange, Ruzan is always open to conversations around sustainability, innovation, and the future of responsible technology.
