Senior Creatio Developer Onsite.

Experience: 8+ years in software development; 3+ years with Creatio or related platforms

Contract duration: 1 year, onsite

The project is with a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Muscat, Oman. The company delivers large digital transformation projects for government organisations and enterprise clients.

Its core areas include Data and AI, machine learning, data engineering, software development, business process automation and IT consulting.

The company is expanding its technical team in Oman and recruiting international specialists for large government and enterprise projects. The role offers the opportunity to work in a modern technology environment and gain international experience in Oman.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance and maintain solutions on the Creatio platform.
  • Design and implement CRM and BPM functionality, including business processes, approvals, routing, notifications, business rules, custom sections and record pages.
  • Develop server-side logic in C# and .NET.
  • Develop and customise Creatio modules and components.
  • Contribute to technical architecture design and solution selection.
  • Integrate Creatio with external enterprise systems, including ERP, billing, document management, customer portals, identity services, telephony and other systems.
  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.
  • Work with SOAP and asynchronous integrations when required.
  • Collaborate with business and systems analysts, product owners and client representatives.
  • Estimate tasks, break down work, identify technical risks and propose suitable implementation approaches.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards.
  • Analyse and resolve technical issues and optimise application performance and SQL queries.
  • Work with existing code and help reduce technical debt.
  • Where you have relevant experience, contribute to the development and customisation of the Creatio client side using JavaScript or TypeScript.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
  • Experience at Senior Developer or Lead Developer level.
  • 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience developing and customising Creatio, BPMSoft, bpm’online or Terrasoft.
  • Practical experience developing CRM and BPM solutions and business processes.
  • Experience developing and customising Creatio business logic, processes, modules and platform components.
  • Experience with Classic UI and/or Freedom UI.
  • Strong knowledge of, and practical development experience with, C# and .NET.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework or similar technologies.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimising queries, working with data and understanding relational database design principles.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar database management systems.
  • Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations.
  • Knowledge of JSON, OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID and core design patterns.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Ability to work independently with technical requirements and explain proposed implementation approaches.
  • Experience conducting code reviews.
  • English sufficient for work meetings, correspondence and technical documentation.

Nice to have

  • JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience developing user interfaces in Creatio.
  • SOAP.
  • RabbitMQ, Kafka or other message queue systems.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Redis.
  • CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
  • Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Creatio Developer Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise projects.
  • Experience working in international and distributed teams.

Work arrangement

  • Willingness to relocate to Muscat, Oman.
  • Availability to work full-time on the Oman schedule: Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off.
  • Willingness to live in Oman for the duration of the contract.
